Project Manager
Des Moines Dirt Worx, LLC is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our fast-paced, no-nonsense team. If you're a people-person who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of projects from start to finish, this could be a great fit.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working directly with customers while managing projects in the field and office.
What You'll Do:
- Handle incoming sales calls and customer inquiries
- Prepare accurate project estimates
- Manage projects from sale through completion
- Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after projects
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and crews to keep jobs running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Construction and/or sales experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $75,000 – $130,000 per year
